Terry Doerscher has over 26 years of practical experience with process development, strategic planning, and program, project, work & resource management in nuclear, engineering, and IT fields.

Mr. Doerscher's consulting background and years of real-world management experience makes him a trusted advisor to many Planview customers, as well as influential in keeping Planview positioned as an industry-leader among portfolio management products.

Terry has been with Planview for over 8 years, previously serving as a senior business consultant and manager of the Planview US consulting group. In his current role as Chief Process Architect, his focus is on innovating world class business processes aligned to the realities to modern business environments.

He is the primary author and passionate evangelist for the Planview approach to integrated business management known as PlanView PRISMS™ Adaptive Business Processes and Best Practices. The acclaimed PMO 2.0 series of whitepapers, presentations and public forums is a recognized catalyst for redefining the role of the PMO in achieving business integration.
